Thank you for visiting and shopping at Custom Perks. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Domestic Shipping Policy (U.S. Orders)
Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated Delivery Times:
• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or weather conditions.
International Shipping Policy
We currently ship internationally to select countries. International shipping fees and delivery times will vary based on location and will be displayed at checkout.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Custom Perks is not responsible for any customs or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking link to update.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Custom Perks is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Keep all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
